I am an IT specialist responsible for ensuring reliable and efficient IT operations within our department. My work focuses on providing high‑quality support, developing robust infrastructure, and enabling our researchers and employees to work productively and securely.

My Responsibilities

• Team Leader IT Support
  Ensuring a smooth and efficient 1st and 2nd level IT support operation, including coordination of daily workflows, incident management, and service quality.

• System & Platform Engineer
  Evaluating, designing, building, and maintaining the department’s IT infrastructure, with a focus on stability, performance, and scalability.

• T‑ISO (Technical Information Security Officer)
  Responsible for architecture governance, lifecycle management, entity and directory structures, software and hardware inventory, as well as change and configuration management.

• 3rd Level Support / Scientific IT
  Supporting advanced and specialized IT needs, particularly for scientific projects requiring customized infrastructure, tools, or technical expertise.

• Apprentice Trainer
  Guiding and mentoring apprentices by developing their technical skills, fostering professional growth, and ensuring a strong foundation for their careers.
