EEG Laboratory for Social and Neural Systems Research


Gábor Stefanics is Head of EEG and a postdoctoral researcher in the SNS Lab. As Head of EEG, he is responsible for the maintenance of the EEG system and the EEG-compatible equipment and provides advice and support to EEG users. His research focuses on the neural correlates of predictive brain processes (phase entrainment, MMN) in healthy and patient populations in the auditory and visual domain. He is also interested in the effects of momentary brain states and irrelevant information on decision making.
